EuroPac 3D is a leading supplier of portable 3D laser scanning

Perceptron laser scanners are the choice for arm based systems with the
class leading V5 having a point collection rate of 458,000 points per
second and a point accuracy of 4.5 microns. Also unique to
this system is the dual camera system that allows data to be captured
from two directions simultaneously, anyone who has used a scanner
previously will know how useful this when trying to scan difficult to
reach or occluded areas.
With the introduction of the Romer SI Integrated laser
and arm system, a more cost effective entry into the 3D laser scanner
market has been made possible. The Romer arm seamlessly switches
between tactile probing and
scanning on the fly; with a point collection of 30,000 points per
second.
Large Volume 3D laser scanning, typically large vehicles or aerospace
components, can be accommodated using the NDI Scantrak. The Scantrak
utilises Perceptron's V5 laser system and dynamically tracks the
scanner in space without the need to be connected to any bulky
additional hardware. The user can walk freely around the volume of a
vehicle without the need to move or change setups..
